The links below allow you to download and view the Queens Park Official governing Documents. A copy of these were given to every property owner in the Queens Park. However, these may have been misplaced and this is the area which you can view them on line.
 

QP Docs.PDF  (Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, & AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS OF QUEENS PARK). It is important to be familiar with the governing documents and bylaws that govern our community. This is the document that each homeowner or tenant acknowledges receipt of when applying for membership in our Association or to lease a property in our neighborhood.

Application for Lease or Sale of Property Please submit this application and follow all instructions carefully as incomplete applications will be returned and may delay approval. 

Application for Architectural Change (ARB) Please submit for any changes made to the exterior of your property. 

Fencing Requirements and Sample Fencing (ARB) Please review these requirements BEFORE submitting an ARB application to install fencing on your property. Fencing on lake lots is not permitted except as a property buffer or trash container enclosure.
