Hello & Welcome to Queens Park Website
Queens Park in Naples Florida is a beautiful community surrounded by serene lakes and open spaces. While enjoying our Naples paradise we are proud to have one of the lowest annual Homeowner Association fees in the area and we strive to keep it that way. Our Neighborhood Watch Committee serves our community well and we ask all our residents and guests to be diligent and get involved to make your community one of the best in paradise.
Our Board of Directors meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30pm at the Fire Station on Davis Boulevard. We welcome one and all Queens Park residents to attend and get involved with our efforts to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful. In addition to our Board of Directors, Queens Park also has an Architectural Review Board, A Lake Committee, and A Hearing Board. While we currently have all of our board positions filled, we are always looking for those who want to volunteer their time to help better Queens Park. If you are looking for a way to volunteer some time, call Kim at Ability Property Management at 591-4200.
Summer is Here! Along with the Sunshine comes Hurricane Season, which is June 1st through November 30th. Please make sure you prepare your property is ready. Trim you trees responsibly and make sure coconuts are removed, as they can be very dangerous in high winds. If a storm is forecasted for our area, make sure all loose items around the outside of your house (lawn chairs and tables, etc.) are secured before strong winds begin. If you want more information on making a hurricane plan or preparing a hurricane kit, visit collierem.org
We recently stocked our lakes in order to help maintain the health of the lakes. While we do allow QP residents to catch and release fish on the lakes, the fish are there to help control certain weeds and grasses in a natural way. Remember that we support responsible angling so if you see someone catching and keeping or improperly disposing of fishing lines or lures, please let us know so we can address the issue.
