Hello & Welcome to Queens Park Website
Queens Park in Naples Florida is a beautiful community surrounded by serene lakes and open spaces.  While enjoying our Naples paradise we are proud to have one of the lowest annual Homeowner Association fees in the area and we strive to keep it that way.  Our Neighborhood Watch Committee serves our community well and we ask all our residents and guests to be diligent and get involved to make your community one of the best in paradise.
Our Board of Directors meets on the fourth TUESDAY of the month at 6:00 PM at the Fire Station on Davis Boulevard.  We welcome one and all Queens Park residents to attend and get involved with our efforts to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful.  In addition to our Board of Directors, Queens Park also has an Architectural Review Board, A Lake Committee, and A Hearing Board.  Are you interested in your community and residence?  Then get involved, we are always looking for those who want to volunteer their time to help better Queens Park.  If you are looking for a way to volunteer some time, call Stacey at Ability Property Management at 239-591-4200. Our Annual Meeting at Unity on 2-28 elected your new BOD.  We were not able to conduct the business sector of the meeting as we did not have a quorum (missed by 30+ proxies).  Meet your new BOD as they are posted on this website.
As your newly elected President, I'm here to serve you and help you to keep Queens Park a friendly community paradise.

Neighborhood News
The Queens Park BOD met on 6-27-2017 for the June Meeting.  Attendance was down as only 2 members attended. You can make a difference by bringing your thoughts and ideas to meetings.  THERE WILL NOT be a meeting in July.  The next meeting will be August 22 nd (the 4th Tuesday of August.    It will be at 6PM at the East Naples Fire Station.  Hope to see you there. Below is what I did in May;
Below are my activities for the period mentioned above.
Walked the property several days during the period. Noticed grass and weeds on several properties.  These issues have already been taken care of.  Had several casual meetings with owners and tenants throughout the complex.  On one property, US Flags were removed and they are currently stored, properly folded incase owner or resident wants them returned.  They will be with me at the June BOD meeting.  I attempted to notify the owner and left a letter attached to the garage on the property.
With the rainy season, here residents need to address their grass and shrubs. Some vacant lots need attention.  Also, residents may want to modify their watering schedule.  My sprinkler system is off now.
